How to use Check Address to see the NBN® connection type, fastest speed, NBN® box capacity, upgrades and plans at an address, and what the badges mean.

Check Address gives a full report on what NBN® has built to an address. We only look it up; nothing is ordered.

Where to go

Check Address

- Type your address and press Check. Not found? Press Enter address manually.

- For Fibre to the Curb you may be asked for one more detail: the phone or internet number currently on the line.

- Read the report, then press Order this plan on any plan to start an order with the address filled in.

#2 Badges you may see

Box port in useAnother internet service already uses a port on the box. Switch it to Crazytel with Order as a transfer.
NBN® box is at capacityThe box cannot take another connection or a faster speed. Also shown as No free port on the NBN® box.
Needs a new NBN® boxThe plan needs a newer box than the one here. The report says why.
Not available at this addressThe plan cannot be had here, with the reason.

Extra NBN® box. Ask for an extra NBN® box is only for when the box here has no free port or no speed left. NBN® reviews each request and may decline it. If they do, we will tell you and nothing is charged. A 1-port box is the usual choice.
