How to move your Crazytel NBN® internet to a new address, choose a plan there and pick when the old address disconnects.

Take your Crazytel internet with you. We order a new connection at your new address and link it to your old one.

#2 Steps



- Your new address. Type it and choose the right match. If another service is on the line there, enter its number from that bill (digits only).

- Plan at your new address. The plans that work there. The connection type may be different at the new address.

- When the old address disconnects. Either once the new address goes live, or on a move-out date you choose.

- Confirm. Check What you pay, then press Confirm move.




Tip. Choosing once the new address goes live avoids a gap without internet. Follow the new connection in My Services like any new order, and set up your router the same way at the new address.
