General customer terms, acceptable use policies, and billing agreements for all Crazytel telecommunications services.

## Overview

- Pre-paid account structure with automatic or manual top-up options.
- No lock-in contracts; services can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled from the portal.
- All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST unless explicitly noted.
- Full Critical Information Summaries (CIS) are available for all regulated consumer and small business services.
- A payment card used to top up an account that is in debt may result in closure of every account topped up with that card, after at least ten full business days' notice, with a review, payment assistance, and complaints path including the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
