## How an escalation works

1. Try support first: the Knowledge Base (https://crazytel.com.au/knowledgebase/) and help@crazytel.com.au are the fastest route for most questions.
2. Email The Love Team with the details so we can review your account and history.
3. A Love Team member takes ownership and works with you until it is fixed.

## What to include

- Your account name or service number
- What happened and when, including what you have already tried
- Any ticket or reference numbers from earlier conversations
- The outcome you would like
