  • Delete credits unused storage for the rest of that month
  • Turning recording off keeps existing files until you delete or they expire

How billing works

Every Hybrid SIP trunk attracts a $5.00 monthly Hybrid fee, no matter which SIP Trunk plan you use. Call minutes and other plan charges still follow your assigned SIP Trunk plan rate card.

Recording & AI

Call recording itself is free. Storage starts when a recorded call is saved. AI features are optional and only bill when enabled and used. Recording storage remains $1.00 per GB per month and is billed separately from AI.

  • Storage charged pro-rata by day while files remain
  • Retention: keep forever, or auto-delete after N days
  • Transcription bills per minute of audio transcribed
  • Call Insights bill input + output tokens for enabled features
  • Turning a feature off stops new usage; existing files stay until deleted

Quick answers about Hybrid fees, recording storage and AI billing.

Is the $5 fee the same on every plan?

Yes. Every Hybrid SIP trunk is $5.00 per month, whether you are on Basic, Business, Unhinged, or another SIP Trunk plan. Plan call rates still apply on top.

What if I am on Unhinged?

Creating a Hybrid trunk while on Unhinged adds $25.00/month for that channel: $20.00 Unhinged plus $5.00 Hybrid. Each component can have a separate charge and renewal date.

Do I pay to record calls?

No per-minute recording fee. You pay $1.00 per GB per month for stored audio, billed pro-rata. Enabling or disabling recording has no fee.

When does AI billing start?

Only after you enable a feature and it runs successfully. Transcription bills per transcribed minute; Call Insights bill tokens for enabled features. Call Recording must be on.

What happens if I delete a Hybrid trunk?

Future Hybrid billing stops. There is no pro-rata credit for the remainder of the current billing period.

Are prices including GST?

Yes. All retail amounts on this page are AUD including GST.
