Yes, you can forward calls from your 1300 or 1800 business numbers to fixed lines, mobile services, SIP trunks, or CrazyPBX. Forwarding to mobiles is billed at a low flat rate of just 8¢/min on the 1300 plan and 10¢/min on the 1800 plan.
Who owns the 1300/1800 number once purchased?
You do! The number always belongs to you. If you choose to leave Crazytel, you can port the number out to any other provider. Please note there is a port-out fee of $55 if done within the first three months; after three months, porting out is completely free!
What happens if my primary PBX or SIP trunk system goes down?
Our system has built-in Fail Over Protection. If your primary system goes offline, your inbound calls are automatically routed to a backup mobile phone or secondary system instantly.
