Crazytel has blocked the IP addresses of 3CX SMB multi-tenant cloud hosted servers across our network. This shared hosting service has been exploited by fraud and scam operators, including crypto scams, Commonwealth Bank impersonation scams, and UK bank impersonation scams, and we have been unable to reach a workable solution with 3CX.
Crazytel has added UK landline and UK virtual mobile numbers. Friends, family, and business contacts can reach you as a local UK call, virtual mobiles can receive SMS, and you can skip expensive international roaming. UK number porting is coming soon.
On Crazytel's new SIP Trunk network, calls to 000 bypass every account check - disabled trunks, negative balances, spend limits, the lot. Built into the core routing layer, not bolted on as an afterthought.
