Crazytel has blocked the IP addresses of 3CX SMB multi-tenant cloud hosted servers across our network. This shared hosting service has been exploited by fraud and scam operators, including crypto scams, Commonwealth Bank impersonation scams, and UK bank impersonation scams, and we have been unable to reach a workable solution with 3CX.
On Crazytel's new SIP Trunk network, calls to 000 bypass every account check - disabled trunks, negative balances, spend limits, the lot. Built into the core routing layer, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Outage resolved 26 June 2026. IBM Cloud reactivated our account; all CrazyPBX IVR and call recordings have been migrated to our new storage infrastructure.
