CrazyPBX - How to make a Speed Dial

CrazyPBX Speed dials can be used to place a call to an external number without dialing the entire number.

CrazyPBX Speed dials can also be used to save common Call Forwarding destinations, allowing them to be updated/swapped as needed.

Making a CrazyPBX Speed Dial

1. Sign in to your Crazytel Customer Portal account and click CrazyPBX

1. Click Inbound Features, then Speed Dials

1. Click Add Speed Dial on the top-right

1. Enter the Speed Dial Code - this is the number CrazyPBX Extensions can dial to reach this destination

1. Enter a Name for the Speed Dial - this should be human readable, and logical (IE, Sales - Laura's Mobile)

1. Select *Custom Destination* in the Destination Number drop-down

1. Enter the external destination in the field provided (IE, 611800272998)

1. (optional) Enter a Description for the Speed Dial

Using your Speed Dial

CrazyPBX Speed dials can be called from any CrazyPBX Extension, or referenced by any Inbound Feature.
