Premium Recording Box

Premium Recording Box

Premium Recording Boxes record inbound calls, optionally play a greeting, and then forward the call to another destination. They are useful when calls need to be captured for review, compliance, training, or follow-up.

Premium Recording Boxes only record inbound calls.

  2. Create a Recording Box named Sales Recording Box.
  3. Select a verified Outbound caller ID.
  4. In Number Manager, route the sales phone number to the Recording Box.
