PREREQUISITES
Before you begin, you'll need to:
- Have an active Crazytel account
- Know your login credentials
- Know which service type you're using (SIP Trunk, CrazyPBX Extension, or Mobile SIM)
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PLAN
STEP 1: LOG INTO YOUR CRAZYTEL ACCOUNT
- Go to the Crazytel customer portal: portal.crazytel.com.au
- Enter your username and password
- Click ""Login""
STEP 2: NAVIGATE TO THE APPROPRIATE PLAN MANAGEMENT PAGE
The page you need to visit depends on which Crazytel service you're using:
FOR CRAZYPBX EXTENSIONS:
- Once logged in, navigate to:

FOR SIP TRUNKS:

FOR PHYSICAL SIM CARD MOBILE PLANS:

- Select ""MANAGE SIM CARDS""
- Find the service you want to modify in the list
- Click ""Change Plan"" next to the appropriate service
- Select your desired new plan from the available options
STEP 3: SELECT YOUR NEW PLAN
- Review the available plans, including features and pricing
- Click on the plan you wish to change to
- Confirm your selection when prompted
STEP 4: COMPLETE ANY REQUIRED VERIFICATION
Depending on the change, you may need to verify your request
Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the verification process
