REQUIREMENTS

  • You must be the account holder
  • You must be able to verify your account ownership
  • The change must be requested via phone call

PROCESS

STEP 1: PREPARE FOR THE CALL

Before calling, please have your account information ready for verification purposes.

STEP 2: CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

STEP 3: VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY
