Legacy Voicemail, Ring Groups, CrazyFax and Time Conditions shutdown
The following legacy features will be shut down on 1 December 2026:
- Legacy Voicemail
- Legacy Ring Groups
- Legacy CrazyFax
- Legacy Time Conditions
All customers were notified of this change by email.
Can I edit my legacy voicemail, ring group, fax or time condition?
No. Legacy features cannot be changed or modified. They can only be viewed or deleted.
If you need to change how your calls are handled, set up the matching Premium Feature instead.
How do I view or delete my legacy features?
- Go to https://legacy.crazytel.net/login.
- Sign in with the same username and password you use for the Crazytel MyAccount portal.
- Review your existing legacy features.
- Delete any legacy feature you no longer need.
What replaces legacy features?
The new features are called Premium Features. They are set up in the Crazytel MyAccount portal and offer more options than the legacy versions, such as email and SMS alerts, transcription, schedules, holiday overrides and webhooks.

Why weren't my legacy features migrated automatically?
Premium Features have different pricing to the legacy features. Because of this, we did not automatically migrate anyone. You choose which Premium Features you want, and you are only charged for the ones you set up.
What should I do before 1 December 2026?
- Sign in to legacy.crazytel.net and note down how each legacy feature is set up (numbers, ring times, destinations, business hours and greetings).
- Create the matching Premium Feature in the Crazytel MyAccount portal.
- Point your phone numbers at the new Premium Feature.
- Place a test call to confirm calls route correctly.
- Delete the old legacy feature at legacy.crazytel.net.
What happens after 1 December 2026?
Legacy Voicemail, Ring Groups, CrazyFax and Time Conditions will stop working. Any calls or faxes still relying on a legacy feature will no longer be handled by it, so set up your Premium Features before the shutdown date.
