What an NBN® eSLA (fault service level) is, the difference between Standard, Enhanced-12 and Enhanced-4, which plans include them and what happens when you change plan.

An eSLA (fault service level) is how fast NBN® works on a fault with your connection. It does not change your speed.

The levels

Standard
The usual NBN® repair times.
Enhanced-12 (24/7)
Worked on around the clock, aiming for a fix within 12 hours.
Enhanced-4 (24/7)
Worked on around the clock, aiming for a fix within 4 hours.

The number is how many hours NBN® aims to take to fix a fault. A level that says business hours counts business hours only.

Which plans include what

CrazyNBN plans
Standard fault repair.
SuperCrazy NBN® plans
Faster fault repair included at no extra cost. On some you choose between Enhanced-4 and Enhanced-12 when you order; both are included in the plan price.
Fixed Wireless
Standard.

Each plan on Available Plans shows the level it comes with. Fault repair is never sold as an extra.
