How to use Check Address to see the NBN® connection type, fastest speed, NBN® box capacity, upgrades and plans at an address, and what the badges mean.

Check Address gives a full report on what NBN® has built to an address. We only look it up; nothing is ordered.

Where to go

Check Address

  1. Type your address and press Check. Not found? Press Enter address manually.
  2. For Fibre to the Curb you may be asked for one more detail: the phone or internet number currently on the line.
  3. Read the report, then press Order this plan on any plan to start an order with the address filled in.

What the report shows

01 · Your connection
What NBN® has built to this address, such as FTTP or HFC.
02 · Fastest you can get
The top speed this address supports.
03 · Your NBN® box
The box on the wall: its speed, its ports and whether there is room for another connection.
04 · Upgrades available
For example a full fibre upgrade.
05 · Plans
Every plan, grouped by what it takes to get it. Per month, including GST.
06 · What happens next
The steps after you order.

Needs a new NBN® box
The plan needs a newer box than the one here. The report says why.
