Step by step: order a new NBN® connection or switch your existing internet to Crazytel, including the AVC ID, provider number, fault repair choice and review.

Ordering takes four steps: Address, Plan, Setup and Review. Your current internet keeps working while we switch it over.

Where to go

Order NBN®

Steps

  1. Address. Choose New connection or Switch to Crazytel, type your address and press Check speeds. Nothing is ordered yet.
  2. Plan. Choose a plan. Under Make it yours, see the fault repair level that comes with it (choose one where the plan offers two), and pick Dynamic (included) or a Static IP address.
  3. Setup. Answer the questions for your address: which port your current internet uses, where to send an NBN® box, when to connect (As soon as possible or a preferred date) and who NBN® should contact.
  4. Review. Check your order, tick that you have read the Critical Information Summary, and press Place order.
