The steps

  1. Order sent to the NBN®. We have placed your order.
  2. NBN® Connection Box on its way. Shown when a new box is sent to you: being prepared, on its way, then delivered.
  3. Plug in your box, then activate it. Once the box arrives, plug it in and press Activate my NBN® box. For a switch, press Continue my transfer.
  4. Waiting on the NBN® network. NBN® is connecting your service.
  5. Connected. NBN® has confirmed your connection is live. Now set up your router.
